I had a leaking dishwater valve and a puddle of water in my kitchen floor so I looked it up on Amazon. There it was. Right part at a very reasonable price and before the end of the week, part delivered and problem fixed. Can't get any easier than that. My wife thinks I'm a genius

Great part and it worked as described . It was the actual GE part and not a cheap knockoff part.

Bad customer service at GE
I bought new stainless steel appliances, for our kitchen the dish washer was never used, a year later I needed to use, and would not fill with water, I call GE, they said out of warranty, we will send a tech, for 175,00, even thought it was never used,great customer, service I bought the valve form Amazon, for about 13.00 dollars, and it fit great, the dishwasher works great
