GE WD24X10043 Unicouple Assembly for Dishwasher

GE WD24X10043 Unicouple Assembly for Dishwasher

GE WD24X10043 Unicouple Assembly for Dishwasher
Woot!
This is a great little thing for anyone who lives at an apartment.
We had our Kenmore portable washer with this sink attachment for over 10 years now.
The washer gave out, so we bought us a regular one but kept the unicouple hoses.
Attaching it makes virtually any washer usable!
One thing though.. Make sure your sink can handle the outflow of the washer.
Especially if you live on he second floor. Id imagine flooding could cost you.
(might want to double check with your apartments if they allow washers first, or try to get away with it without the mention)I recommend to look for a washer that does not have extreme drain flow speeds for that reason. But so far, our big washer and the sink is giving us no problems!

The product is worth using on regular washers that actually wash. Not the bad portable ones.
On a side note.. (why is a piece of plastic and a rubber hose is soo expensive???)

I hope this helps!

Replacement GE Unicouple
The original Unicouple started leaking at the faucet, so I bought it on Amazon cause it was the cheapest option. It is exactly the oringinal and all is well.

Works great
The part that attaches to the sink started to leak really bad so I had to replace it. This is an official GE part. It was very easy to replace the old unicouple and now my dish washer works again! The price that I paid for it was much more reasonable than the $120 that GE was charging on their website. It's just a couple of hoses with some simple attachments on the end. It shouldn't cost that much!

If you are looking for new unicouple for your dishwasher then deciding to purchase this is a no brainer.
